Madeira (lemon) cake with fondant base icing. Flowers made from fondant, pressed and tooled. The stems and centres are royal icing, with a background of pink lustre spray. The ballerinas are royal icing, as is the lettering. The butterflies are fondant, sprayed with pink lustre spray finish.
