Strawberry shortcake
Fondant icing, with royal icing piping for wording and strawberry shortcake. Around the base of the cake are tangy fruit sweets… the kids love these.

Charlie and Lola
Fondant icing base with Charlie and Lola piped in royal icing. The consistency was a bit thick so not such a smooth finish. The butterflies were made from coloured fondant. Lettering was done with a food colouring pen… not so successful. Again tangy fruits around the base.
